As we all know by now, India Test captain Rohit Sharma has tested positive for Covid-19 which could put him in doubt for the one-off Test against England at Edgbaston.

Rohit is in isolation at the team hotel and if the same protocols are followed as for the ongoing England-New Zealand series it would be for a period of five days. The Test starts on July 1.

Now, Rowdy Cricket has the inside scoop of HOW and WHEN Rohit was exposed to the deadly coronavirus. It turns out, since Virat Kohli had thrown the tiffin box with Vada Pav and Puran Poli that Rohit had brought from Mumbai, Rohit was in desperate search for a nice Vada Pav stall in England. After traveling several hours, Rohit finally encountered a bald headed, Gujarati gentleman in a grey suit. Who is the same bald headed, Gujarati gentleman who got hit on his head and suffered a concussion by the falling steel tiffin dabba that was thrown from the hotel balcony by Virat Kohli, as mentioned in our previous news story. Now since, Virat throwing Rohit’s Steel Tiffin Box full of Vada Pav and Puran Poli hurt the bald headed Gujarati Gentleman, now a native of England, he has been trying to seek revenge on the Indian Cricket Team. Nirav Modi, met Rohit Sharma on the streets of England, when Rohit was desperately searching for Vada Pav. Nirav invited Rohit to his grand mansion for Vada Pav and Misal Pav. Rohit was finally relieved to have his super food, a nice warm, Vada Pav with Lasun Chutney and Mirchi. After taking a couple of bites, Rohit was in a food coma. Obviously, when the Team Management tested him with an RT-PCR Test, Rohit showed positive signs of both pregnancy and Covid. Turns out the pregnancy was a false alarm, as it was just his gut showing after devouring 3 Vada Pavs.
